Service terms

What you purchase

Your selected service includes the deliverables shown before payment. All prices are in US dollars. One-time projects do not create a subscription. Custom development, extra revisions, advertising spend, domains, hosting and third-party software are separate unless expressly included. No extra work is charged without your approval.

Monthly services: 30-day minimum

Monthly plans have an initial 30-day commitment and renew monthly until canceled. There is no annual or other long-term commitment. Payment is collected at checkout and automatically on each renewal date shown by Stripe. Cancel the next renewal at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, not an already-paid period. If your first calendar billing period is shorter than 30 days and you cancel renewal, the remaining days of the initial 30-day service commitment are provided without an extra charge.

Money-back guarantee

If you do not see improvements or are unhappy with the quality, request a full refund of your first monthly payment within 30 days of starting service, or your one-time project payment within 30 days of delivery. Email tom@birddogworks.com with your purchase email and order reference. No meeting is required to make the request. Your description of the concern is enough; the guarantee is not conditional on proving a particular sales or traffic result.

This guarantee covers Bird Dog Works service fees. Charges you pay directly to third parties are subject to those providers' policies. A refund of a monthly plan also stops its future renewals. The 30-day minimum does not override an eligible refund request. Refund posting time depends on your payment provider and bank.

Starting the work

After payment, complete the online brief and supply accurate facts, usable materials, required account access and timely approvals. No kickoff meeting is required. We will request missing information by email. Do not submit passwords; use delegated account access. Work requiring your input cannot proceed until that input arrives. Delivery dates depend on the purchased scope and complete materials, and are confirmed in writing.

Approvals and responsibilities

Content is published only after your approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business claims and for having permission to use the materials you provide. Monthly services cover one business and a supported existing website. Larger sites, stores, unsupported integrations and work outside the published scope require a separate agreement.

Ownership and accounts

Your domain and business accounts stay in your name. On full payment, you receive the finished deliverables included in your service. Third-party fonts, stock assets, software and platforms retain their own licenses. Brand work does not include trademark clearance.

Results and the guarantee

We do not promise a particular number of leads, sales, followers, search rankings or inclusion in an AI answer. This does not limit the quality and improvement guarantee above. Platform decisions and changes are outside our control.

Email tom@birddogworks.com for service, cancellation, privacy or refund questions. We will work with you to resolve the issue. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
