Information you provide

Bird Dog Works uses your name, email, business details, project brief and uploaded materials to respond to inquiries, provide purchased services and support your account. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.

Payments and storage

Stripe processes payment details and provides billing management. Bird Dog Works receives payment status, order references and the information needed to provide your service, not your full card number. Website infrastructure and uploaded materials are hosted using the site's Cloudflare-backed hosting services. Inquiry notifications may be delivered using FormSubmit.

Analytics and essential storage

With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and interactions. You can accept or reject analytics using the website's privacy controls and change that choice later. Essential cookies support checkout security. Arcade storage supports gameplay and score submissions.

Use and retention

We use project information for your requested work, communication, billing records and security. We do not sell your uploaded project materials. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes or other legal obligations.

Third-party links

LinkedIn, podcast platforms, client websites, Stripe and other linked services operate under their own privacy policies.
