Scope, billing & ownership
Monthly plans cover one business and work on a supported existing website. You supply accurate company facts, account access, available photos and timely approvals. Monthly work and any extra revisions are confirmed before they begin.
Monthly billing starts at service activation on the agreed date. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Domains, hosting, client software subscriptions and approved third-party costs are separate. Google profile assistance depends on eligibility, your participation and Google's verification process.
Research and marketing work do not guarantee inquiries, sales, rankings or placement in an AI-generated answer. Larger websites, stores, custom apps and unsupported integrations need a separate written scope.
Can I buy a project without a monthly plan?
Yes. Website Launch, Brand Starter and CRM Starter are available as standalone projects. A monthly subscription is optional.
What counts as a website-section update?
An update changes copy, images or contact details within an existing section of a supported website. New pages, custom development and a redesign need a separate written scope.
Do I keep my website and accounts?
Yes. Your website, domain and business accounts stay in your name. You grant the access needed for the agreed work and receive a handover for project work.
How does publishing work?
Bird Dog prepares the included original posts with copy and branded visuals. Publishing happens after your approval, on the number of channels included in your plan.
How quickly can a website be ready?
A defined website can be ready in days once content, access and scope are approved. The delivery date is confirmed before work starts.
What happens when I send a request?
We review your business, confirm compatibility and agree the scope and start date. Submitting the request does not charge your card or begin a subscription.
